The Congressional Hispanic Caucus’ political action committee has begun running a digital ad campaign targeting four Republicans who voted against certifying the 2020 election results, including US Rep. Yvette Herrell of New Mexico’s 2nd Congressional District. “These four Republicans led a misinformation campaign and helped spread the ‘Big Lie’ on social media and conservative news media outlets by sowing doubt about the Presidential election results,” PAC Chairman and US Rep. Ruben Gallego of Arizona said in a statement. “They tried to undermine our democracy and in doing so, they helped incite the insurrection.”
Это верно, но бороться, в первую очередь, нужно с апатией и депрессией значительной части синего (потенциального) электората, которая (имеется в виду часть) никак не может заставить себя прийти на выборы чаще одного раза в двадцать лет.
Идея о том, что от правительства один вред, и поэтому неважно, кто сидит в Конгрессе, вбивалась в мозги десятки лет. Если Байден сумеет правильно разыграть свои карты, есть возможность эту апатию переломить.

Судя по регулярному откату красной явки на промежуточных выборах, идея "неважно, кто сидит в Конгрессе" хорошо вбита в мозги всех избирателей, независимо от их политических предпочтений. Хотя синий электорат данного округа неожиданно показал (только однажды, увы) в 2018 году способность к обучению.
Насчёт "Если Байден сумеет правильно разыграть свои карты, есть возможность эту апатию переломить" я очень сильно сомневаюсь. Принцип "зачем тратить усилия на голосование, когда всё хорошо?" наглядно был продемонстрирован синими избирателями в 2016 году (и последующей их извиниловкой в 2018 году). Не уверен также, что за оставшиеся до выборов 18 месяцев можно доходчиво объяснить нечастым синим гостям избирательных участков, что выборы в 2022 году могут стать для них последними свободными выборами, и, вполне вероятно, что возможности для извиниловки больше не представится в обозримом будущем...

“Earlier this year, the House of Representatives passed For the People Act to protect our democracy. The Senate will take it up later this month, and I’m going to fight like heck with every tool at my disposal for its passage.”
